Return Refund Policy

OUR COMMITMENT

Nuiee offers a 15-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date, backed by our quality guarantee.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Ineligible items: Earrings, undergarments, and personalized orders.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (calculated by location and package weight).
  • Returns without our designated address will not be accepted.
  • Use standard postal services (not DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx) to avoid import taxes and customs delays.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer service at service@nuiee.com to request a return address and authorization.
  2. Ship the item(s) to the provided address via standard mail.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancel orders before shipment/production for a full refund. Canceling after shipment is not possible.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and email you a confirmation.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit cards: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Original payment method: Refund timeline varies by provider.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank/credit card statement.
  • Contact your financial institution (processing times may apply).
  • If issues persist, email us at service@nuiee.com.

EXCHANGES

We offer item replacements for the following cases:

  • Defective products.
  • Size/color mismatches (subject to inventory availability).
