Nuiee offers a 15-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date, backed by our quality guarantee.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Items remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Ineligible items: Earrings, undergarments, and personalized orders.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (calculated by location and package weight).

Returns without our designated address will not be accepted.

Use standard postal services (not DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx) to avoid import taxes and customs delays.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email our customer service at service@nuiee.com to request a return address and authorization.

Ship the item(s) to the provided address via standard mail.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancel orders before shipment/production for a full refund.

Canceling after shipment is not possible.
REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and email you a confirmation.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
