  • Regular Non-Custom Orders: Processed within 1–4 business days. We’ll keep you informed if any delays arise.
  • Engraved Orders: Typically completed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom or Solid Gold Orders: Usually take 2–5 weeks. Slight delays may occur if exotic materials are requested.
Note: During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Orders

Average delivery time: 3–12 days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Faster shipping options are available at checkout. We prioritize upgraded shipping, but shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Add an item to your cart to view the estimated shipping cost.

  • Some countries may impose customs duties on imports from the USA. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item total.
  • For some regions, you may prepay customs duties and taxes at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.

  • Customs fees are non-refundable once your order is marked as fulfilled.

International Shipping & Customs

Shipping times will vary depending on the method selected at checkout.

In some countries, you may have the option to prepay customs duties and taxes during checkout. In others, these charges may be collected upon delivery by your local customs authorities. These fees are beyond our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
