- Engraved Orders: Typically completed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom or Solid Gold Orders: Usually take 2–5 weeks. Slight delays may occur if exotic materials are requested.

Average delivery time: 3–12 days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
Faster shipping options are available at checkout. We prioritize upgraded shipping, but shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders

International Shipping & Customs

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
- Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
