SHIPPING SERVICES
Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (Beijing Time)
Order Processing Time: 2-7 working days for standard orders; customized colored Hair Accessories may require extended processing. Contact us for urgent orders.
Shipping Timeframes:
- FedEx to USA: 3-5 working days
- FedEx to Europe & Canada: 5-7 working days
- Note: Customs clearance may occasionally delay delivery beyond the stated times.
Shipping Address Guidelines:
- FedEx does not accept P.O. Box addresses.
- Ensure address accuracy: Changing the address after the parcel leaves our facility incurs a $15 fee.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer leading to delivery failure.
- Unattended packages left at the door (including theft).
- Unauthorized third-party signings (malicious theft).
We will issue a full refund if:
- We ship to an address inconsistent with your provided information.

To minimize tax exposure, we typically declare items as "wig samples" with a lower value (per your request).

RETURN POLICY
Eligibility:
30-day return window from receipt for items with manufacturing defects (size, style, material, cap construction, or color mismatch).

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Hair Accessories must be intact, and lace must remain uncut.
Process Steps:
- Contact us first for return authorization.
- Ship items to our designated address after approval.
- Upon inspection, refunds will be processed:
- PayPal balances: Instant refund.
- Credit/debit cards: 7-15 business days for processing.
Ineligible Items:
- Care products, accessories, liquids, special orders.
- Free gifts must be returned with the original package.
