Proper eating sequence for postpartum recovery
When mothers eat, it is best to follow a certain order, because only in this way can it be better digested and absorbed by the body, and it is more conducive to the recovery of the maternal body.

The correct order of meals should be: soup vegetables rice meat, half an hour after eating fruit.

Drink soup before meals. The biggest problem with soup after meals is that it dilutes the stomach acid needed to digest food. Therefore, mothers should avoid eating and drinking soup, or cooking with soup or drinking a large bowl of soup after a meal, which is easy to hinder normal digestion. Rice, pasta, meat and other starchy and protein-containing foods need to stay in the stomach for 12 hours, or even longer. So eat the soup first.

In various foods, the main component of fruit is fructose, which does not need to be digested by the stomach and is directly absorbed into the small intestine. If the mother eats vegetables before fruit, the slow-digesting starch and protein will block the fast-digesting fruit, and the food will mix in the stomach.

If you eat sweets or fruits immediately after a meal, the biggest harm is that it will interrupt and hinder the digestive process in the body. Rotting food will be broken down by bacteria in the stomach, producing gas and forming gastrointestinal diseases.
